True to our philosophy "Good design we love" we invited guests on a delightful aesthetic journey under
the culinary guidance of top chef Thomas Funke, also known from the Soulfood brand.
The culinary delights were served on our newest favorite tableware. In our never-ending search for new design products, we have added striking new place settings to our collection for our fine dining evenings. Among other things an organic-looking range of porcelain that has already won the Red Dot Design Award and a wide variety of fine, hand-decorated dinnerware. Bronze and anthracite colored cutlery, impressive in its simple elegance, was provided. It was a pleasure to be able to give Live Cooking Thomas Funke a hand, to learn from a master how to prepare a cauliflower curry puree and add the finishing touch of coriander. The evening began with the presentation of homemade olive tapenade and culminated with a dessert combining vanilla mousse, dried honey and surprise chocolate. In addition to the culinary delights, there was much discussion about design. In future we would like to invite more experts from the design community to our little soirees.
